Completion tool for PHP ?

I'm looking for a good tool to use PHP with.
(yeah i'm new to PHP)

for example, we can use Dreamweaver to work with HTML and CSS.
Java has JBuilder to work with

those tools will help you; they will display a list of commands or objects or classes after you've typed "A" or something.

so how about PHP ?
I know some editors like EditPlus and things but I would like to get something like Dreamweaver if possible.
