Completely Useless Cell Phone?

Hello everyone...I have a Nokia 3200. This phone is great other than the crappy display, lousy reception...weird echo and a handful of other things. I cannot perform certain functions like sending a photo to someone or accessing the internet. When I try and send a photo it just says failed. When I try to access the internet it says "check IP address". Can anyone help me with these two things? I have no idea even where to start...let me know...

I'de say screw it and get a new one. Phone companys are always willing to give out phones if you do a contract to subscribe to them for a long time.
