Completely clear Sanyo SCP-2700?

Hello,

I've recently had to give up my Sprint service. I need to clear out my phone!!

I've already gone to settings and security and cleared all of my contacts, messages, texts, emails, photo emails and all of that.

But under the Phone Info page it still shows my Phone# and Sprint PCS e-mail ( which has my name in it - YIKES!) How can I delete this?

I at least want to get that Sprint PCS email off of there.
