Complete Newbie to PDA

I just bought a TX and also have a Two GIG card coming for it. I have been using a computer for about 12 years but this is my first PDA. So far it is great but I have done little with it but try out the different features.

My first question is what map programs are out there that will cover the most area and which will fit fully on my PDA, on the card I imagine. I want to be able to search to street level. I also do a bit of Geocacheing. I know nothing about the software that is available for these things. I don't really want a program that I have to keep on my laptop and then download seperate cities on the PDA.

Am I asking too much for the the PDA?

Welcome. I like mapopolis. It is www.mapopolis.com. It can work from the card. I put the reader on the handheld, and the map(s) on the card. The street level is good. You should like it. Guitar Picker.
