complaint about verizon wireless droid?

i bought the droid over a month ago and have had several problems with the phone such as not being able to call or recieve calls ..texing and song comes on, and battery runs out fast within two hours... have gone to the local store on a daily basis and then downtown to the general store and got that the download everyone one had to do a wk ago caused alot of glitches so we need to take the battery out of the phone everyday for it to work correctly which i feel is bad busness as well as not being able to use the phone paying over 100 a mth to be able to have a phone.. they said they put in complaint to inventors but didnt help me in any way nor give me a break on my bill nor a new phone .. felt very unprofessional and that verizon has money why did they come out with a phone not up to par.. and chance ppl never dealing with verizon again very upset very unsatisified in how i was dealt with .. stuck with the phone no trade in after 30 days not fair says stuck for two yrs .. or buy a new phone .. nice .. please get back to me asap try my phone but not sure i can recieve calls or not .. 607-227-7488 diane redfield
