Compaq or T mobile Dell mini 10 laptop?

So I have a Compaq laptop its not really a laptop you would die for its 15.7 laptop it has lots of software like Skype, Microsoft Word, Rhapsody etc. But my mother thinks that is to big for me im 14 she thinks I can get something smaller and cheaper so that brings me to the Dell mini 10 laptop I mean it has a web cam which the Compaq doesn't have it has color of choice which the compaq doesn't have but I want to know which would you guys pick the Compaq laptop or the Dell mini 10
