community fish tank!?

i have in my tank is:
4 neon tetras
1 yoyo loach
1 blue ram
java fern
vals
and some drift wood in my tank
and thinking of getting another blue ram and another yoyo loach

my tank size is a 20 gallon
sorry didn't really put my question in that

do you think it will be over crowded?
and do you think i should get any other fish or shrimp or anything
 
How would you feel living in a room with approx 5 sq. feet?
Get a bigger tank~!
Don't even consider getting more fish.
