Does anyone know the name of the artist who sang "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" at the end of Thursdays early evening coverage of the Commonwealth Games on BBC 1? He was a solo male singer with, I thing, just a mandolin for accompaniment. It may have been featured earlier but if it was I never heard it.
