As a past president in LL, you have to man the snack shack that is your main fundraiser. I would institute an extra $25.00 fee, if the parent would not show that money would pay a kid to work there or after the shift, the money would be returned to the parent. This LL must have had a tough time getting parents in the snack shack. You need parent participation in the league for it to run smooth. SW USA
