Ok well I was really depressed for a few months and stopped going to the gym. Before, I was using a 4 day split routine and it seemed to work pretty well, but I just wasn't giving enough effort. i just took this picture a couple days ago and Im just wondering if you think i could get really huge. All i want to do is be like Arnold. Nothing makes me happier than a good work out. Also I was eating fastfood before but im stopping that. so with this body type do you think i could get really big or will i always be sort of skinny?
