Comffy cutes shoes for waitressing?

I'm a waitress at a coffe shop and we get to ware whatever we want. I'm on my feet all day and right now I'm waering black rebock old lady shoes. I hate the way they look but they are reall comfy, good support.

I collect chuck taylors, those are the only other sneakers I've owned since I started buying my own shoes.
 
There are lots of simple shoes that are really fitted on a waitress. You just need to looks for them on some online stores, like ebay and amazon.
