Comedian imitates Dog pooping with hand gesture?

So I havent seen this, but my parents have and it brought them much joy, so Im trying to find it.

But apparantley there is a man who uses his hands and kind of...imitates (with the hand) a dog pooping.

Hahah I know this is totally random.
But hopefully someone else has seen this and knows the comedian.
