comcatdll.exe Error when i start My pc.?

Each time i start my pc i get the error message saying comcatdll.exe drive is not ready and may be open....
And it doesnt go away! so i go to taskmanager and end the comcatdll.exe process tree each time.
Anyone knows why it does that?
