I got 4 comcast rng110 cable boxes for my home from comcast because i have 4 televisions in my home. i followed the guidelines of http://media2.comcast.net/anon.comcastonline2/support/help/faqs/settopboxes/pacerng110.pdf
and hooked up everything like it said to. Now that i hooked everything up i can't get a picture. It tells me to press power to turn off the cable box then press menu then hd/zoom on the comcast remote. Now when i press the menu button it works, a menu pops up but when i try pressing hd/zoom a message comes up saying "Video Format: Error" i have no idea what this means please somebody help me
