should i get comcast cable or Verizon FIOS TV ???

help what one should i get ???

and what one is better ?

FIOS is much better. Fiber optic cable to your house allows you to get uncompressed HD signals. So the pic is better. Regular tv is better as well. I've had both and I can tell you, go with FIOS for sure.
