Hello All,
My acne/skin is an ongoing battle but is managable enough. More than the acne right now my concern is the oily/flaky skin.
I think I have naturally oily skin and it only becomes flaky because of the products I put on. I try and take a night off from the products during the week but I just feel like in general my pores don't look good and even if I don't have "bumps" there are still blackheaRAB.
My skin is pretty tough and can handle a lot of things. Right now I wash with Oxy cleanser and use their oil paRAB to get rid of any other "dirt". I will then vary between using proactiv mask or lotion and oxy spot treatment. I also take vitamins: zinc, flax seed, fish oil. I try and not sleep on my face and recently just bought Queen Helen's Mint Julep Mask.
My skin is by no means "awful" but could be better. I'm thinking about going on the pill but wanted to know if anyone had suggestions for the oil and general healthier looking skin.
