Color of my new bike?

i like the all black look of the sportbikes but do you think it would be more dangerous to ride an all black bike vs the blue or yellow model at night? or is it not much of a difference cause its dark? thanks

Only in the day time does color matter. Even then, it's your lights that get seen first. Remember that doing wheelies points your headlights up where they wont be seen. Reflective clothing will help for night time riding. Get the color you like and ride on....

remember that most street lights are sodium vapour lamps which distort the colour anyway and blue red and dark colour bikes all look black. yellow white and paler bikes all look orange. All tend to become invisible.
So in that respect colour soesn't matter...
However having a sleak black bike does tend to invite boulivard bravado from other road users
If I ride my blue bike people tend to ignore me even though it has been tuned for lowdown torque etc and is quite a street "growler". When I ride the midnight black bike it always invites the attention of others who at traffic lights start to rev engines and try to cut across infront etc
it is like a red rag etc to a bull it appears the black is intimidating to others. this is not only me either as a GF of mine has a kawasaki 650 in black and since swapping to this bike even though it isn't that sporty looking she finds it gets a lot more attention than her Bf's suzuki Hyabusa in grey. My ex finds the same with her black bandit compared to her partners blue cbr1100

Riding a bike at night is not safe to start with, but you can't be scared of everything. The main visual of your bike at night is your lights or any reflectors, not the color. A yellow bike might be slightly easier to see, but blue is a dark color which would react the same as black. Regardless, if someone doesn't see you, it won't matter what bike color you have. Bikers have to drive defensively because most car drivers don't even see them.
