Colleges in VA with these grades?

i am going to be Senior next year and i was just wondering where can i get in...

there are the lists of colleges that i want to apply
VCU
JMU
GMU
VMI
VT
ODU

I have 3.2 GPA and 1720 SAT score (i am going to retake it n get better score, shooting for 1850.)
i am a tae kwon do instructor 5years, black belt 3rd degree, in sparring team, and demo team.
i did TSA 2 years. was Vice president
won 2 State fair 2nd place for Geography
i did JROTC 2years and went to some Competitions
done my 144 hr. community service hours
i am first one to going to college in my family
i have clean record in high school
and i did Governor School Program thinging (mentorship) - Engineer

i think this is about it...
i know my GPA is low but do i have chance to getting into these colleges?
and do Colleges look at u r senior year grade too? & what are some other colleges that i can apply? it doesn't have to be in VA
oh and i am korean.. came here when 6 years ago
can speak 3 languages...
lol for got one more thing
played 5 years of soccer

I want to become an Pilot or FBI...
 
all those things you've done are awesome... and the fact that your first generation college helps. And you're tri-lingual?? totally solid. Test scores are really not important anymore, and gpa's aren't an accurate determination of the kind of person you are, so colleges will only put a fraction of their decision on those things. Based on you extra curriculars, I'd say you're a pretty solid option for any of the colleges you mentioned. Honestly, you should apply to any college that appeals to you, regardless of their average test scores, etc. Apply to them even if they seem out of reach because the whole thing is such a game.
