I'm 19 years old and I go away for school. I'm constantly stressed out and in a time schedule. I do my best to go to the gym and work out and I'm usually good about that and on average go for an hour about 3-4 times a week. But, I try and eat right but my stress makes me eat like a monster. This is my worst. I've been telling myself that I can do this on my own but I need help!!!!!
