I'm going to be transitioning over from the Military directly to college (hopefully). I get out in September 12,f 2010, but will be taking tops 60 days terminal leave, which will land me sometime in July.
I already have 66 credit hours and an Associates degree, but my main question is, since I'm not necessarily a Freshmen, what times would I need to be available for the school? I'm going to guess it's probably different for each school, but I'm looking for a rough average at least. By being available for the school, I mean dorm rooms or apartments, signing up for classes, etc. Anything to do with administrative work that I absolutely have to attend. Any extra's to the administrative work would be good as well.
One more thing as well. Is there anything that I should know before doing this? What would be expected of me, the life of a college student, etc.?
