You know how many colleges have different rates for in and out of state students? Since after the first year, students are living in that state, does out of state tuition count only for the first year or all 4? I heard from someone that it only counts for 1, but that seems kind of unlikely since colleges would be losing a lot of money. Do the parents have to be living in that state too?
