Hey guys, I'm a junior in a Chicago Public high school, African American female, and I would like you guys help with some of my college research.
I have an unweighted GPA of 3.8, weighted of 4.3 (i'm not sure if colleges look at weighted tho). I am Vice President of my school's national honor society, Captain of Varsity Girls Basketball, apart of Peer Leaders, Captain of Softball, and Mayor Daley's Book Club. I have come from a rank of 31 of 242 Freshmen year to 14 of 242 right now in my Junior Year, and I currently have an ACT composite of 28 I'm retaking in September).
The colleges I am interested in are as follows:
Georgetown University, Loyola University of Chicago, Northwestern University, U of I Urbana- Champaign, Amherst College, Boston University, Brandeis, Northeastern, Tufts, Williams College, Mizzou, Washu, Dartmouth, NYU, University of Rochester, Duke, UNC Chapel Hill, UPenn, Brown, and Vassar.
Can you guys tell me which ones you think would be my Safety, Probable, and Reach Schools (I have some idea)
I know that I have 20 schools, and I'm still working on eliminating some. I'm thinking about majoring in Environmental Science or Urban Studies.
Thanks
