I'm an American citizen thinking about applying for College in Lebanon (where I'm currently living, unfortunately) and the application requires my mother's name, but like I don't live with my mom. I barely know her, and I don't even know her name for sure. I'm just wondering if they require the same thing in the US for applications. Do they? and what's weird, they don't even require an essay! O_O I don't know how much I even wanna go there.
