I am about to be ETS'ing from the Army in September..I will be 23 years old, and i want to go back to college. Unfortunately school was never my favorite thing and i never really tried in it ( i joined after failing out of college my freshman year), I never really had tried in school or had motivation to try in HS or College..and now im paying for it because i have bad transcripts and it will not look very impressive for Universities... I guess my question is does the Army look good on a college application? Will they be able to look past my HS grades? Because i would really like to go to a D-1 College in Florida, not sure which one. I learned alot of discipline in the Army, and now i am really ready to try in school.
