Colleen/Milton meeting up, that definitely has the potential for hilarity :lol:
 
Either one would be good. I'd just love to see Colleen and Milton meet again. I bet it will happen, though. It's sure to be a goldmine for hilarity, so I don't see how they could pass it up.
 
That would definitely be funny if Milton had a family. Then Jack would have two families. So much for him not wanting any more family. He might get more than he's bargained for.

A Colleen/Milton argument would be hilarious! :lol: I could also see Milton needing to referee a Jack/Colleen argument as well. I don't think it would work as well as your idea, though.
 
Not at all. She's mostly a theater actress from what I know of her. And her heyday was probably before you were born.

I'd like for Milton to have a family too. More siblings for Jack. :lol:

It would be fun to see Jack have to referee an argument between them or something.
 
Why thank you for adding me! :) I don't blame you for missing this thread. It was made in the whole rush of threads in the beginning of this forum, and, as you can see, didn't get a whole lot of attention.

I don't actually know that I had seen her before seeing her on 30 Rock. I think I must live under a rock, or something.

Oh, a Milton/Colleen reunion would be hilarious! I would LOVE that! I could just see Colleen making a surprise visit to Jack when Milton happens to be in town. Or maybe some holiday? Do you think Milton has other family back in Vermont?

Glad you enjoyed the video. That's the first time I saw her before even though I had heard of her.

I'm so hoping for a Milton/Colleen reunion next season. That would be so funny.
 
:lmao: Oh my gosh! That is absolutely hilarious! I adore her so much. She was just too cute in that video. Thanks for sharing it! She's so funny and she always steals a scene when she's in it. As much as I hope Tina wins for her SNL guest appearances, Elaine would be my next choice for that category. She did win it in 2007 for her season 1 appearance as Colleen, though, so it's not totally out of the question for her.

Just thought I'd bump this up in appreciation for Elaine's Emmy nomination! I don't know if she'll win that category (she didn't last year and that's also the category that Tina's in for her Sarah Palin on SNL), but she definitely deserves the recognition, and I'd be happy if she won.
 
Wow, that's really neat that she was on Broadway. I've never heard of the musical "Company," but all of my friends are huge Broadway/ musicals in general fans, so I'll ask them if they have the Original Cast Recording that I can listen to. :D
 
Oh, cool. Didn't know she was on Broadway. Hope we get to see more of Colleen, she's hilarious with Jack.
 
Elaine Stritch is one of my all-time favorites.
If any of you are musical fans, look into getting the Original Broadway Cast recording of "Company". She plays a character named Joanne in it, and is just fantastic. She sings a song called "Ladies Who Lunch" where she's making fun of the whole "society-type" lady, it's just great.
 
I know! Me too!! :lmao: "Numbers, unlike children, don't lie." Elaine Stritch does such a fantastic job with the character, too.
