Collectible Model Cars HELP PLEASE!?

This is probably a dumb question but I am trying to buy a gift for someone who collects Ford model cars, and he only collects the ones that are painted with real automotive paint. I keep finding "Die-cast cars" and none of the information says that it has real automotive paint. Are all die-cast cars painted with automotive paint?
