Collar Bone??

I'm not sure where this goes so I thought I'd start out on the general board.

Over the last week or so the right side of my neck, shoulder and upper arm have really been hurting me. I've had trouble with my neck, particularly that side for several years now, feeling as if it needs "popped" and with pain. Both heat and ice help. Over the last few days I've noticed that the right side of my collar bone feels much larger to me than the left. My husband can feel it too. It's like a very hard, round ball like what your shoulder would fee like; but it's where my collar bone is or should be. It's right at the base of my neck. It almost feels centered. Anyway, If I look closely enough I can tell in the mirror but my husband can't. If I raise my arm it doesn't really hurt but if it's feeling particularly aggravated I do feel it pressing on my throat. I have full range of motion in my arms and neck. Now here's the really strange part... there is a particular place I just found the other day just under my right shoulder that if I press my hand flat against it in just the right spot, all the pain in my arm and shoulder suddenly vanish  Now that spot feels like there's some kind of inflammation there too.

We do have health insurance, but now we have to get a car first before I can make an appointment with a doctor. 2 years ago was seeing a doctor and complained about the pain in my neck and she asked if I had ever been in a car accident, well I have 3 of them when I was much younger. I've had chest xrays back then and she's felt around on my neck and couldn't really feel anything. At the time she mentioned a few things; fibromyalgia, lupus, even MS but blood work was no conclusive. Well then we moved and it's been 2 years since I've been able to go back to a doctor.

Has anyone had these types of symptoms? I do use the computer often and I am right handed if that matters at all.
