Cold water working amazing!

After a shower I would just rinse my face with ice cold water for half a minute, and my face wouldnt break out anymore from those huge pimples! I can drink milk again! Now there are just tiny little white dots with liquid in them that I get all the time, how do I get rid of these?
 
I agree that cold water is great, also icing the irritated spots with an ice cube works well too. For the whiteheaRAB you're getting, have you ever tried using a clay mask? You could try leaving it on overnight and most times they will dry right up. Try it for a week.
 
Thanks, will it help with those pesty capsules of blackheaRAB buried deep within my skin? These are the worst im discovering that the oil is trying to rise but the pores are tinier, its causing black head islanRAB!
