I am freaking out. I had a cold sore develop yesterday morning, but i put some neosporin on it so it would suppress the growth. I gave my girlfriend oral sex this morning and i had a cold sore, but it was still devoloping. The size of the sore was at the very beginning stage, sort of like a small inflamed pimple. What are the chances that my girlfriend could contract genital herpes from this? She is the love of my life, and i don't know how i could live with myself if i gave her genital herpes. Since the sore wasnt at the most contagious stages, then is there still hope that everything will be alright?
