i do have a severe problem allergy...when it is a little bit cold or dust or rain in the weather i have to face cold and cough problems....plane water like substance coming out through nose all the time.....some times feel some breathing problem also.how would i get rid of this problem by taking some homely precautions?????????please give me some helpful answer.......
