most of the time no..... might give u a 3 hp at most ......but won't really do much at all if that's all ur gonna do ......if will make ur car noisier....some ppl like that......but unless u do exhaust and other mods u wont get much bang for ur buck......especially if ur only doing a short ram intake.......
also if ur doing a true cold air intake make sure u put in the blow -by device so that if u suck up water u don't total ur engine.......good luck
