Here are my plans for a site for a school project...I'm going to have a layout made from divtags and CSS. It will be centered on the page. I'm going to have a banner at the top, and a navagation bar on the right side under my banner (not flush with it) [this might chance to being links ON the banner... dont worry, i'm really good with design and I won't do it if it doesn't look good] then i'm gonna have my content to the side of that.
1) The way my banner is going to be, its gonna leave me with a bit of space that isn't gonna be used by the banner so I was thinking either position a marquee or a header tag on this area. How would I do this without absolute positioning?
2) How do I make divtags have curved corners? as simpily as possible please.
3) this one isn't coding related as much, but what width should I use for the layout? i've read somethings that say to code for a low resolution monitor, but some that say code for a monitor that can fit 1000px. Which is better to do?
