1- HTML 4.0 of 'William H. Murray & Chris H. Pappas' (www.phptr.com)
&
2- Javascript of 'James Jaworski' (www.Sybex.com)
please somebody tell from where I can have their codes, I am not asking about their Ebooks, I have these books, I need codes only, as I also was not able to find their codes from their respective websites.
