Code 1391 on my 1996 Dodge caravan 3.0 L problem?

I change crankshaft position sensor but the engine still running rough. I learned that the camshaft position sensor for this car is in the distributor. How can I buy the part separately from the distributor? Where can I see the image of the part or any photo described how to replace it?
The distributor assy is pricey. Or other suggestion to solve this code P1391.

It is hard to get analog voltmeter. what is the color of the wire I should connect positive and negative? Do I have to change the whole distributor or only the CMP? Dealer does not have the distributor and the CMP.
