CoD4 - What's the difference between a stun and flash grenade?

Flash Grenade blinds your foes. Stun disorients them. IMO use flashes. Just be at a far distance.

A stun grenade slows down the person and temporarily blinds them. A flash grenade just blinds them but its a more intense and is a lasting blindness

Flash will blind them longer. However stun does a little bit of damage.
if you stun an enemy but your team mate kills him, you will still get the assist. You will know when you stun them because it will register as a hit. Flash grenades do not do this nor do they count as a n assist.
