Certainly sounRAB very interesting - I've always (well, for the last year or so) had a bit of a soft spot for this kind of music. I'll have to check this one out sharpish.

Cocorosie is such an interesting band. This is my favorite album of their's. I've heard stories that the sisters were like seperated from eachother when they were children and later in life they reunited to make this album.

Agree. The issue I had with Noah's Ark was that as much as I liked all the songs Bianca's vocal that at times was too discordant. I would have had no issue with but most of the time it did not suit the songs. Beautiful Boyz being a case in point. Great song but the vocal! It just grates. Others may disagree I guess.
I like The Adventures Of Ghosthorse and Stillborn but it is not in the same league as the debut. They are reportedly releasing a new album next year.
I caught them live this year and they where oddly flat and disappointing.

I actually like The Adventures of Ghosthorse and Stillborn the least. I was satisfied with Noah's Ark but they are both no where near the debut. I really love this album and if it wasn't for this one I probably wouldn't have started listening to them.
I'm jamming to "Butterscotch" right now. Such a good song.
