Cobain: suicide or murder?

not sure if this was previously discussed (sorry if it has been) but was sorta curious as to what people thought about the surroundings of kurt's death... did he kill himself or was he murdered?

ps. a friend recommended "Heavier Than Heaven" to me, and after reading it, i think that if i was kurt, i probably wouldn't want to live either. although i'm optimistic if anyone else has any other suggestions/ideas..
 
Yeah, those stomach problems were pretty ridiculous from what I heard. And then you added the heroin addiction on top of that to ease the pain...and it was pretty much a hopeless situation. Not sure if I would say he was smart too see the downward spiral he was in......but he did what he did.

Suicide, as far as I'm concerned, is a coward's way out. Even in that kind of circumstance. And fuck Courtney, I am talking about Frances here. She could have used any sort of father to shield her from that psychotic pill-popping bitch.

I still think about that day, when I heard the news. I was just watching MTV as usual (since they actually 'played videos' back in those days....), and Kurt Loder pre-empted the broadcast with the news. I was 13 years old, and I dropped to the ground and just started to yell.

He changed how I saw music. When I saw 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' for the first time, it was like something ignited in my head. It was different from anything else I'd ever heard. I mean, yeah, I was 10 at the time, but still....I knew that it was special. I still think about him from time to time, and what their music would sound like today. They might have sucked, but oh well...wasn't meant to be.

Suicide, he was doped up beyond belief. He had Courtney Love, who is a raving psychotic bitch and then you add on top of that the fame that he didn't want. He was a great musician, too bad he's gone.
 
the fact that even for him he had so much heroin in his system that he wouldnt have been able to opperate a shot gun is the piece of evidence that gets me questioning the situation
 
murder definately, u can find the case history in google, n the fake suicide note, it was definately murder, if not murder, then courtney love drove him to killing himself
 
I've read that courtney was about to get the boot. He was going to leave her and had drafted a new will without her in there. www.justiceforkurt.com has some interesting information.
