Coaxial Cable / TV Tuner?

I don't have a coax outlet in my room and my new PC has a TV Tuner in it, if i get a Fios box for my room, can i just buy a different cover plate for the wall or do i need to have verizon run the cable through the wall to my room, also how do I hook up the box to the TV Tuner.
