I understand that I have to jump off of a platform and swim 100 meters. I'm from FL. grown up swimming in pools and in the ocean...but not a correct way of swimming. Not a specific type of swim stroke. Does it matter how I swim it? can i swim under water? Is there a time limit? I'm a female that's about to go through regular basic training (boot camp) for the USCG....
