Co-Ownership Contract Dispute?

Hello, I need a little advice on what to do about a dispute between a co-owner of a male boston terrier. The contract was basically initiated to make sure he was shown, which I have done. He has both majors now and only needs six single points to finish. After he is a finished champion, breeder will sign off of AKC papers with Full Registration. Before and in the contract, it state that during co-ownership, said dog may be breed to personally owned bitches and approved bitches. Also, it states:
Breeder receives puppy back sired from said dog and buyers bitch and a bitch of breeders approval that has passed all necessary health screenings within the next 2 years sired by said dog.

Heres the problem: The relationship has been good the past year until the last litter I had. Then she wrote me a angry email accusing me of lying about the number of females I had, and demanding the female puppy I told her I was keeping to show. Then asked for another female puppy that is no relation to my male or price of show puppy $1200.00. Then another email stating she wanted a puppy of equal quality and price of the male, which is $1800. The contract does not say male or female or even show quality. Our original agreement had this clause in it anyway, because she agreed to take $200 less than her asking price if she received a puppy back from him later on for her to keep or sale. I offered her a choice of the male puppies in the litter, but she won't respond to that, so what should I do?
So, do you think I owe her pick or just a puppy. I initially understood it to be just a puppy back, not her choice of male or female. Also female has not been health tested, so there's another issue...
