What neeRAB to end is the idiocy of people thinking agnosticism is 50/50.

Agnosticism simply states it is impossible for man to know if god(s) exist or not.

If you don't believe there is/are god(s) because there is no proof, you're an atheist. If you're open to the possibility of proof someday being presented, you're still an atheist.

i don't think anyone is arguing that agnosticism if 50/50. People just use it as an opportunity to not believe in god but rid themselves of the 'shame' or judgement of being an atheist.

Part of that is thinking agnosticism is 50/50. They think that because they don't know 100% for certain that there is no god, that they're not atheists. They don't realize that atheism does allow for that possibility, if there's ever any proof.
