Often up more often down.. GP shift helps. I found that when I'm playing, I am either so quick on the shift or late on the lever that I've already down changed before the lever is used. I just sit up blip and bang it back through each gears.. Rarely when rolling to a stop for lights though.

I don't have an issue either way but I never miss gears or find false neutrals when NOT using the clutch..
