I own a 2004 Honda CR-V that currently has less than 45,000 miles on the odometer. During the first 25k miles, the clutch slave cylinder was replaced, under warranty, due to a noisy pedal. Everything was fine until around 36k miles, where the same symptoms returned. The cylinder was again replaced, this time with a new part number, and so far so good with the clutch pedal. My issue that I seem to be having now is that on humid days, during the first few miles of driving, the clutch hops when starting out from a stop. The hopping only happens while in the friction zone and there is no other slipping experienced while driving. This hopping stops after a few miles and doesn't return until the next morning. I've been told that I need to bleed the cylinder but I'm having a hard time thinking that's what it is. Please help! Thank you!
