Clunking Noise when turning steering wheel very sharply 06 Honda Civic?

Whenever i am backing out of my drive way and turn the steering wheel all the way to either left or right side, i here this CLUNKING sound comming from the front. Then after i back out and put the car into drive and turn the steering wheel to the opposite direction, it makes the CLUNKING noise once again. Im gna have it checked out 2marow, it just started happening a couple of weeks ago, any thoughts? please help,
