Clown fish aggression with cleaner shrimp?

Yes, they're supposed to be compatible but this little guy just isn't giving my cleaner shrimp a chance. The clown fish is a percula... not one of those crazy aggressive maroons... I really would love to keep both in my tank--- just without the tail nipping. And I really fear for when the shrimp molts. Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can make this work?
 
just make sure there is somewhere for the shrimp to hide that the clown cant get into. they will probably just take some time to be alright with each other
