I hated this movie. there was nothing to it. No plot, no romance, no humor, just cameras making me dizzy and lot's of violence. I hope it's ok I say this. I am not sure if this is an appreciation thread, but if it is, you are free to delete my post
I saw a preview for this the other day in the movies. Looks like it could be interesting. A little confusing maybe, but that's JJ Abrams for ya! Can't wait to find out a little more about it.
The movie felt like an experience. It was such a rush to the head... and it kept you in the dark/suspense. It accomplished what it needed to. If there is a sequel, it's going to diminish the credibility the original experience gave me. :sigh:
I haven't been following this movie or it's plot for very long nor do I know much about JJ Abrams and who he is affiliated with but is he associated with the show Heroes or it's producer/director Greg Beeman? I was on Greg Beeman's website earlier today and I was going through his past posts and he posted a few pictures of the Heroes cast posing with a cup with the name Slusho on it. It was also used in an episode as a drink that Kristen Bell's character Elle was drinking.
I'll be disappointed if I wind up twitching and seizing in the theater aisles :goof:
This movie kind of intrigues me, bad reviews and all, so I'll probably wind up seeing it.
I saw the trailer for Transformers and the only thing I could think of is Godzilla  not sure if that's the case but OMG I have never been so mystified..
