so, apparently human t cells have already been cloned, and 1 (so far?) person has been cured of a well know type of cancer when billions of his (cloned) t cells were injected in him, giving his immune system a huge boost
so i want to try to do the same (not on a actual person though) with t cells to try to slow down the aids/hiv virus
actual question: if to clone it, i need to take the dna (chromosomes or nucleus?) out of 1 cell and put it into an empty "egg" cell, how can that be litrally done? as in, is a microscopic syrige used ( i kno it isnt, but how?!?!)
and, can this be done under a budget of a grade 9 student (prob. not) only for a science fair (it might sound drastic, but my friend is trying to fix a "bracelet" which can replace strips and needles and all those 4 diabetics, so i kno somehting crazy or super cool/hard will be needed to stand a chance in the competition)

so, any1 here know more about cloning tcells than me?
