Should users who deliberately register new fradulent SNs to bolster their arguments be banned?

I think that posting the IP address of each user in their profile would greatly help in removing such problems as people using multiple SNs would be posting from the same IP and instantly be identified. The Admin has access to this, and others who have servers do, but the majority of people do not.
 
the IP doesn't need to be displayed. If admin can see it and then ban someone who does this that's fine. But then what's to stop them from changing their IP (mine changes every time I reboot my computer) and creating another SN?
 
If the forum rules state only one name per person, I'd say give them one warning - 1 - and if it happens again, ban them. You only need one username really.
 
So is Steeeeve and VOR really the same person using 2 accounts? Why would you vote no? You 2 think it's all right to go under 2 names despite the fact that it says you can't? At least explain your case.
