I have a lexmark all in one printer and it works on my other computers but not this one. I have installed all the correct drivers. But when I select add an image from scanner, my printer actually scans the paper but no image has come on the clip organizer. I have checked every folder in "my collections" but still nothing, I have windows vista on this computer. What should I do to make it scan?
