I'm Michael, I live in the UK and recently I have been contacted about getting a possible scholarship to study at Ashford University on the East Side of Iowa, whilst representing them at Soccer.
Now obviously, being British, I don't know anything about Ashford, Clinton or indeed Iowa. Basically I know it's 3 hours outside Chicago, that's about it.
So please, Enlighten Me if you can!
If you have any information on Ashford and it's reputation, student satisfaction, teaching style or Clinton and its Nightlife, Shops, People, Places of Interest, then that would be great.
Also I hope to go onto become a doctor so I believe I must study Pre Medicine? I have no idea if this is taught at Ashford, some sites say it is (College Board) others including Ashford's Website make no mention of it. I'm a bit confused by the whole process of becoming a doctor in the US so if anyone could provide information about that I would be eternally grateful!

Plus I'm not 100% sure I'll be staying in the US to go to Med School after the 4 Years, I may come back to the UK to finish my studies, but, of course, I would like to keep the US Med School Option open until I make a definite decision.
